Summer Training Program 2026
The Bay Area Eagles Summer Program provides athletes with structured training focused on skill development, positional mastery, conditioning, and competitive play, while continuing to build the Eagles Standard of discipline, teamwork, and confidence.
The Bay Area Eagles Beginner and Intermediate Program is designed for athletes who are new to volleyball or continuing to build their fundamental skills. This program focuses on teaching proper technique, game basics, movement patterns, and building overall confidence in a supportive learning environment.
