2026 Summer Training Program

Dates: May 16 – July 19, 2026

Locations: Bay Area Eagles Training Gyms – Nothing But Net & John Muir Middle School

The Bay Area Eagles Summer Program delivers high-level skill development, position training, and competitive preparation for boys and girls across multiple age groups. Training emphasizes technical growth, volleyball IQ, strength development, and the Eagles Standard of discipline, teamwork, and leadership.

Program Divisions

Boys Teams

12U • 14U • 16U • 18U

Focus on advanced ball control, serve-receive systems, position-specific attacking and blocking, speed and jump mechanics, and competitive game strategy.

Girls Teams

11U • 12U • 13U • 14U • 15U • 16U • 17U • 18U

Younger groups develop strong fundamentals, while older teams train in transition offense, defensive systems, position specialization, communication, and match simulation.

Training Structure

Teams train 2–3 sessions per week, with each session including:

• Technical skill development

• Position-specific training

• Game-like drills and controlled scrimmages

• Strength, jump, and injury-prevention work

Special Summer Features

• Position clinics (Setter • Libero • Hitting)

• High School Varsity Training sessions led by selected Bay Area Eagles coaching staff

• College-prep training for 15U–18U

• Strength and jump mechanics development

• End-of-summer showcase scrimmage day

• Player evaluations and development reports

Top performers from summer camps may be selected to represent Bay Area Eagles in Summer AAU tournaments in partnership with Club Solano.
