Train your attacking skills with focused instruction designed to improve arm swing mechanics, approach timing, explosiveness, shot selection, and overall offensive confidence.

Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Cost: $60 per session

Proper hitting mechanics • Footwork and approach timing • Arm swing efficiency • Transition attacking • Shot placement and vision • Explosiveness and confidence at the net

Players of all skill levels are welcome!

Please arrive 15 minutes early and bring:

Volleyball shoes • Water bottle • Knee pads • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
