GIRLS 13-15U: 7:30 - 9:30 PM

Serve Receive Fundamentals • Ball Control • Defensive Positioning • Hitting and Setting Footwork • Floor Defense & Emergency Plays • Communication and Court Leadership • Game-Like Repetition Drills
Registration Requirement:
All athletes must complete the required interest and eligibility form prior to purchasing or registering for any Saturday or Sunday training session. The form can be accessed here:
